1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Carevious as a service provider, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Relationship

Carevious operates as a technology platform. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:
• You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Carevious.
• Carevious does not direct, supervise, or control the manner in which you deliver your services.
• You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services you provide.
• You are solely responsible for all taxes, social contributions, and insurance obligations.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active profile on Carevious, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• For medical services: upload a valid nursing license, diploma, and proof of experience. Registration is subject to mandatory manual verification by the Carevious team.
• Consent to Carevious contacting your employer, clinic, or hospital to verify your credentials.
• Immediately notify Carevious in writing if your license expires, is suspended, or revoked.

4. Platform Commission & Payments

• Carevious charges a 15% commission on the total value of each completed booking.
• You will receive 85% of the service fee, transferred to your designated bank account.
• Payment is made on the last working day of each calendar month. Carevious prepares a monthly settlement statement.
• Carevious reserves the right to withhold or deduct payment in cases of disputed, cancelled, or improperly performed bookings.

5. Service Delivery & Professional Standards

By using the Carevious platform, you agree to:
• Deliver services as described in your profile and as agreed with the client.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and ethical conduct at all times.
• Comply with all applicable Georgian laws and professional regulations.
• Not solicit, accept, or facilitate payments outside the Carevious platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent credentials or professional information.
• Arranging paid visits with clients met through Carevious outside the platform.
• Disclosing client personal or medical data to third parties.
• Using the Carevious platform for any purpose other than delivering the services described in your profile.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Carevious is a technology platform only and is not a healthcare provider, medical institution, or regulated care agency.
• Carevious is not liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from the services you deliver to clients.
• Carevious total liability shall not exceed the commissions received from you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carevious, its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from: (i) your use of the platform; (ii) services you deliver to clients; (iii) your breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

Carevious reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate your account if:
• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• Your professional credentials are found invalid, expired, or fraudulently submitted.
• Your continued presence poses a risk to clients, other users, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees for completed bookings will be settled within 30 working days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Carevious with respect to your use of the platform as a service provider.
