1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on Carevious as a client, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
Carevious is a technology marketplace platform connecting clients with independent service providers. By using Carevious, you acknowledge that:
• Carevious does not directly provide medical or caregiving services.
• Service providers are independent contractors solely responsible for their services.
• Carevious acts solely as a technology intermediary between clients and service providers.
3. Service Delivery
Service delivery follows the procedure below:
• The client selects the desired service, date, time, and preferred service provider on the platform.
• The booking is confirmed upon successful payment processing.
• The service provider performs the visit at the agreed time and at the address specified by the client.
• The duration and content of the service is determined in accordance with the booking details.
4. Pricing, Platform Fee & Payment
• Service fees are set independently by each service provider and displayed on their profile.
• Carevious charges a 15% platform fee on top of the service fee. This fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
• All payments must be made exclusively through the Carevious platform.
• By completing a booking, you authorize Carevious to charge the total amount (service fee + 15% platform fee).
5. Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled service — the service fee is refunded; the 15% platform fee is non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service — no refund is issued.
• If a service provider becomes unavailable after confirmation, Carevious will notify you and issue a full refund including the platform fee.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
6. Service Quality, Verification & Complaints
• Carevious verifies service provider credentials prior to profile activation but does not guarantee service outcomes.
• Carevious does not provide medical advice. Any medical decisions are your sole responsibility.
• In case of an issue, complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of service delivery to: contact@carevios.com
7. Prohibited Activities
• Arranging or making payments to service providers outside the Carevious platform.
• Providing false information about care needs, personal details, or the identity of the care recipient.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or unlawful conduct toward service providers or Carevious staff.
• Attempting to solicit service providers outside the Carevious platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Carevious is a technology intermediary only and bears no responsibility for the actions or omissions of service providers.
• Carevious total liability shall not exceed the platform fee paid for the specific booking in dispute.
• Carevious is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carevious, its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of the platform; (ii) information provided during booking; (iii) your breach of these Terms; or (iv) your violation of applicable law.
10. Personal Data & Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Carevious Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Carevious will not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.
13. Amendments
Carevious reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Carevious with respect to your use of the platform as a client.
